At Honeytails, we aim to process and ship orders in a timely and reliable manner.
Processing & Shipping Schedule
We ship orders twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.
- Orders placed before Sunday at 11:59 PM will be shipped on Monday
- Orders placed before Wednesday at 11:59 PM will be shipped on Thursday
- Orders placed after these cut-off times will be shipped on the next available shipping day
Shipping Times
Once shipped, you can typically expect delivery within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Rates
- Orders over $125 CAD qualify for free shipping
- Shipping fees for orders under $125 will be calculated at checkout
Two-Tier Shipping
We offer a simple two-tier flat rate shipping structure to keep things clear and consistent. Standard shipping is $9.99 and applies to most small and medium-sized items, including accessories and everyday pet products. Orders that include larger or heavier items, such as mats or cat trees, will be charged a $17.99 large item shipping rate. If an order contains any large item, the entire order will qualify for the large shipping rate.
Delays
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high order volumes.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Honeytails is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
